Tournament

USA National Championship Tournaments are an opportunity for students to challenge themselves and to demonstrate their understanding, skill, and ability through their form and movement. Participation helps build will-power, determination, focus, and concentration. Also, tournaments are an excellent way to discover how quickly your skills can develop in Traditional Moo Doe training.

Participants select a form or sequence of movements, then dedicate concentrated effort towards developing their skill in that area. Higher-level Instructors often invest extra time and effort in guiding the student to a deeper understanding of the form, movement, or technique. Once an individual has practiced a form for an extended period of time, the benefits that the form has to offer will become much more apparent.
