The above photos of Grandmaster “Iron” Kim jumping straight up from the ground (not a flying side kick) are demonstrating a combination of Kyong Gong Sul Bope and Nae Gong. From a standing position, Grandmaster “Iron” Kim jumps straight up in the air, and while waiting to attack, turns his body in any direction up to 360° while positioning his body in a complete offensive and defensive position. A person able to demonstrate this movement has accomplished the ability to combine Kyung Gong Sul Bope and Nae Gong. Regardless of age, miraculous strength can be attained.
